A few words about me
I'm Simon Olsen, and I have been a digital designer for over 10 years. My focus is on building a web presence, not just a website, for my clients. I've created rich and interesting web content and delivered that content across online advertising and social media for a variety of clients. This is my website.
Web Design
John's website is built using Joomla 1.5 with JoomlaWorks' K2. John is an artist with a massive collection of watercolour paintings, architectural artowrk and sketches from all over the world. I actually had no idea just how much artwork John had until I handed over the manual for his website and left him for a couple of weeks.

Launched at the end of November, this website was a new challenge for me. The design needed to be very feminine. In addition, the CMS needed to be simple super to use. Naturally I used K2, with it's easy to use image and gallery upload feature.
After a successful community campaign with No High Rise in Double Bay, I was called upon to help another community action group with their campaign to stop a possible Marina Development in Elizabeth Bay.
The client was a small group of concerned residents who called themselves the No High Rise in Double Bay Action Group. This was my first community campaign website and probably the first website I created with an empahsis on visitor feedback.
This was my first attempt at an ecommerce site. We haven't got the ecommerce side of things off the ground, as there is a lot to consider when sending things like perishable food and large sized items like dog beds.
This website is no longer live. The Federal Labor Government discontinued the insulation rebate scheme and so this company closed it's doors.
