The design is very organic, a y-repeating background of watercolour paper. I was particularly nervous when I first showed John this website design for the first time. I'm dealing with someone's art, and how that art would be displayed. John was also very particular about line and form, and rightly so.
This design is in contrast to some of the very corporate design I had done around the same time for the NSW Liberal Party and Stuart Ayres MP.
I really like what I've done with this website. In addition, K2 has been an excellent choice, as quite a few of John's uploads were whole series of sketches. We even uploaded over 100 images into the image gallery of a K2 item in one go!
