The website uses standard Joomla articles with JComments by Joomla Tune for feedback. JComments is a fantastic Joomla component, as it allows visitors to not only comment on website content, but lets them choose to subscribe to that comment thread via their email. If someone else comments on the same article, the previous visitors are notified by email, hence encouraging online conversation around the issues presented on the website.
